Welcome to Elevix ("Platform"), a startup ecosystem enabler operated by iAccel GBI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elevix website (elevix.me), the Elevix application (app.elevix.me), and all related services, features, and content offered by Elevix (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
To use Elevix, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Elevix offers yearly subscription plans (Core, Growth, and Scale). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Elevix reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Elevix connects startups with capability partners and mentors. However, Elevix does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or suitability of any service provided by third-party partners or mentors. Any engagement with partners or mentors is at your own risk.
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials on the Platform are the property of Elevix or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Elevix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., NVIDIA Inception, AWS). Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Elevix is not responsible for any third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elevix, iAccel GBI, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Elevix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
Elevix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
